What is B.R.A.V.E. GIRLS?
B.R.A.V.E. (Bold, Remarkable, Admirable, Victorious, and Empowered) Girls is a ministry to encourage girls ages 12-19 guided by the Word of God. To help them find their purpose and the anointing that God has placed in their lives. To encourage them and show them where true determination can lead them. To help them understand that every path is not going to be easy but they have a support system in B.R.A.V.E. GIRLS. We will support them spiritually, mentally, socially, physically, and encourage them to develop a bright future with education and careers. These girls will eventually learn and volunteer to do hands on mission work within the community. We have set goals to help us guide these young girls.
The Goals of B.R.A.V.E. Girls:
1. Develop their future--To empower young women to prepare for the future by setting goals, developing a plan, and working diligently to achieve those goals.
2. Purpose Driven – Pursuing goals outside of their comfort zones and to know what it means to live a purpose filled life IN THE WILL OF GOD.
3. Building Self-Esteem – Learning confidence to make good choices and to create a safety forum for teenage girls to explore their place in the world.
4. Beauty- To help young girls overcome body issues and fulfill their potential by building positive body confidence and natural beauty.
5. Leadership- Connecting with other girls and empowering each other to become positive leaders in their schools and community.
